RECIPE FROM OUR GRANDMOTHERS – MIX TWO INGREDIENTS AND LET YOUR SMILE GLOW!

We all have heard or read plenty of tips for teeth whitening, but I’m sure you have never heard about a 2-ingredient recipe that can achieve that. It is centuries old recipe that works pretty well. Now, there is no need to feel insecure when smiling just because your teeth are not sparkling white. You won’t stop smiling after using this mixture, and what’s more, you won’t hide your pretty smile with your hands.

You will be needing these ingredients:

1 lemon
30 grams of sodium bicarbonate

Directions:

Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the sodium bicarbonate. Wait till the foam from the reaction of these two ingredients is over. Then, soak a piece of cotton in the mixture and apply it on your teeth. Wait a minute before removing the cotton from your teeth.

Remember not to brush teeth immediately after using the mixture. You are supposed to wait two hours minimum.

Also, rinse your mouth after using the mixture and never leave it on your teeth. The acid can damage your teeth if left for hours.
