Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250ml) water
- 1 cup of instant oatmeal
- 2 cups of pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of raw natural orange juice
- 4 oz. (40g) crushed almonds
- 5 oz. (40g) raw honey
- 7 g of cinnamon
Instructions:
